Day 10: Wine Cork Ornaments

I had some wine corks that I originally going to use for another project but never made so I came up with 4 different ornaments you can make with to hang on your tree.

What You Need:

Wine Corks
Exacto Knife
Ruler
Pencil
Glue Gun
Scissors
Red, White and Green Paint
Ribbon

1

Take 5 wine corks and measure out 1 inch on the, you should be able to get 3 pieces out of one. Then carefully cut on the marked lines.

Day 10.1

To Make The Wreath: you will need 8 one-inch pieces and glue them like the photo above and paint them green. I added a red bow, you can leave or add some glitter or acrylic jewels.

To Make The Candy Cane: you will need 7 one-inch pieces and glue them like the photo above and paint them red and white in a pattern. I left like that you can add some red and white glitter to them if you liked.

Don’t forget to add a ribbon so you can hang on your tree.

Day 10.2

To Make The Snowman: You will need one whole wine cork and one cut in half, glue it like the photo above, paint on a face and buttons. I had some funky ribbon that I used for a scarf.

To Make An Angel: You will need on whole wine cork and the other half of one, glue it like the photo above, and paint on a face. I used wide ribbon to make a bow on the back, for the wings. I used thin ribbon to make a halo and little bow on the front.

Don’t forget to add a ribbon so you can hang on your tree.

***I will add a picture of it hanging in my tree once my tree is set up.***
